There is nothing like

a heap of warm, clean, laundry

to cure what ails you.

What ails me is insomnia. Do you suppose curling up in warm, clean laundry would put me right to sleep? :-)

My kids tend to do the same thing -- jump into the pile of warm laundry when I dump it onto the bed to fold it!

It's lovely to meet you here...thanks for stopping by Graceful this week.

What a sweet "goggie!" Basenji? Curling up in warm unfolded laundry would cure just about anything, wouldn't it?

Thanks for a hearty laugh. Now you've got me thinking about puppies. I'm still trying to decide if I'm up to having a new dog after losing my little Bichon who was 14.

Bow WOW! Your doggie is soOOOOOooSWEET! and she is making me sleepy! Look at her Beauty Full eyes and getting soOOOo sleepy, making me sleepy too!Your pics reminded me of an enchanting time looking through a viewmaster at her! I LOVE the name of your Blog! "Let a joy Keep You" It reminds me of the times I go to the dentist and that's what I think of, a happy place of JOY!although my dentist now is a JOY, I still get nervous there in a dentist chair! Probably because of my other previous ones! HA! Some of them, pretty scary!

P.S. When Hope was here we would go to the community pool in the evening and have it all to ourselves! We would swim around communicating in Haikus to each other; fun and challenging!

You have a Basenji! They are wonderful dogs, so mysterious with their barklessness. Their pictures are on pyramids. Their are piles of clean laundry in those carvings as well! Just kiddin'. Love the haiku.

Oh, that is soooo TRUE, Leslie! Warm socks or towels fresh from the dryer... BLISS! And a warm pooch or kitty to cuddle with, while wearing warm socks... even better! ;o) Happy Weekend ((HUGS))
