from bud

to bloom,

from bloom

to seed,

from seed

to new life,

hope.

Life's transitions are always fruitful. Hope is right! Thanks for your comment. I have had some trying days. Life has been busier than normal and it's hard to respect my body's limits. I'm learning. Thanks for asking :)

the mystery of life wrapped up in a seed! I'm always amazed at the abundant life contained in seeds, and how left to their own devices they multiply so much more than I could ever imagine.

Lovely Leslie. Nature is always a wonderful teacher. We learn to cherish and accept the cycles of life, and that acceptance always offers with it a hope for renascence. Beautiful photographs as well.

i love that nancy said all things are being made new... b/cs this carries heavier weight per our own conversations this week. he renews us, leslie. and there is beauty in the pain of renewal, too. i fiercely know this in my life and my heart, and i see it in you.

Hope of renewal in this deceptively simple message -- thank you for getting right to the heart of it.

Hi Leslie, this is my first visit and i noticed you are the only person in the blogworld, to have posted this plant. I know it very well, i didn't know you also have it there. But i don't know yet which country you are in. I am from the Philippines and that plant is a weed here, very difficult to pull out, but the pink petite flowers are so beautiful. In fact i want to have a macro lens to capture its beauty. BTW, you said you have a chronic illness, whatever that is, you are very beautiful in your profile, and am sure that is an effect of how beautiful you are inside. May the full blessings be with you. thanks.
