love on a rainy day

captivated.
by life new-born —
fragile,
dew-kissed,
feathery nascence,
on a rainy
morning.

You describe a begining, and describe it beautifully. It is a simple poem and it is also a lush poem. Well done.

Okay, I'm trying hard not to be jealous of all the blooms and birds over here. We're still cold, gray and mud. But I guess mud's better than snow. :) I like your way with words.

Short but powerful. I hear the gentle call of God in the cleansing rain, "Behold I am making all things new!"
