some things i did today...

painted my nails lavender and read a book while they dried...

listened to thunder in the distance...

breathed in the fragrance of apricot-pêche body lotion.

(i did some actual work, too... honest!)

What great things to be doing on what would seem to be a rainy day, I hope you did not do too much work. Have a good week-end.

Sounds like a good way to spend a day. Pretty nails. :) Mine are red, white, and blue!
Hey, I loved your Haiku. How DO you do that?!♥
Terrific close-up of that gorgeous flower! Feels good, doesn't it?

Everything in life seems better when one's nails look pretty. That's what I think.

I love that color on your nails. I can't paint my fingernails til the dead of winter when I'm not working at the farm. No nail polish in 1790, unless I want to risk being put in the stocks :)

my nails are the romantic colour of black from the dye of the mulch I spread today.
I like yours much better.
