i believe, help me in my unbelief.

still so very ill... uncertain where this is leading. perhaps this is more appropriate for the season than i realize. i am walking in darkness, waiting for light.

"the people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned."
matthew 4:16

(p.s. for more little birds that sing a message of hope, visit elk at red or gray art)

aw, that's really not nice. aw, aw. i'm so sorry.
sending you warm hugs, which is quite something, because it's frightfully cold here, but perhaps at the speed of light...

Oh, Leslie, I understand, but I am distressed to find you so low. I hate to think of your pain and distress. Prayers and warm thoughts and cyber-hugs and more prayers.
Love, K
PS: Your little bird is beautiful.

saw your comment at red or gray
and popped over to visit
and was touched by the joy
and ache
in believing.
And thinking how even as the pure raw force
of Love
inhabits our hearts
we are still so clay
and how brave it is to do another day
and how it must make Him grin with pride over hearts that cling to
simple faith in Him.
Bright hope to you in your waiting,
Jennifer

If tears are prayers, you are well covered dear Leslie. How I pray for your healing.

What beauty you share in the darkness, letting your light shine on.

{we have big gray squirrels, too ... that was one of the littler red ones.}

I read this prayer, "help in in my unbelief" a few weeks back, very moving and so true. May your faith hold you in these difficult times.

Sorry you feeling so rotten Leslie. I've been there and things did get better for me, but it took a long time. Email me privately anytime if you want to "talk"...

Strangely, my word verification to type proving I'm not spam is "bless", so bless you Leslie this holiday season, may you begin to feel stronger and better and lighter with each passing day.
