Oh, I'm in love with that first shot --
Beautiful showers of blessings!!
Rain bring out the prettiest green in my yard!
Leslie ~ what a stunning series ..love the bottles!! nothing like a nice rain ..we always need it in the south!
..except that stuffed animal my kids left in the backyard. Hehehehe. Seriously though? GORGEOUS photos. Dang woman, you have an eye for the beautiful.
I totally agree. Rain just makes everything sparkle and shine.
I love the photos of the raindrops, Leslie, but that last bit of twining green brings a lump to my throat. We're back from our travels, and this is my resting week (it always seems to take that long), but soon I have to get busy emptying out the kitchen for its refit. Then I can bore everyone for months with photos of my new kitchen. LOLK
There's something mesmerizing in those drops.
I love listening to the sound of the rain at night when our bedroom window is open. Delightful.I love sitting out on our screen porch in the summertime when thunderstorms roll through, watching the lightning and listening to the rain. (Don't worry, I don't sit out there when the storms are too close, or really intense.)Once again, your photography is amazing. Love it.
I love your glass menagerie in your garden--I always smile when I see a glimpse of your post and know you're featuring one of your lovely glass 'arrangements'.:>)Rain in spring is refreshing--it's almost like seeing a cartoon rendition where things just pop up out of the ground! My bones don't mind that kind of rain nearly as much as the chilling fall/winter kind.
I love your hanging colored glass as well...It reminds me of my bottle tree in the mountains....Rain drops are precious as they nourish the earth and us.....I love the shot of the tiny green tentricals....signs of new life....
starting tomorrow, our showers begin and it looks like they'll be making everything new again for about 5 days....i guess this will really be our april showers !!xo
i can imagine you've loved every single rain drop after all that heat you're getting. and rain does sparkle, does it not? hooray...!on this week's egg subject, so grandmama is also an artist? and so is grandchild and great grandchild? i've always known it, sensed it!n♥X
The rain-kissed rainbow glass is exciting to see! We had some rain here this week too... it's been dry here as well, which might be hard to imagine. ;o) Happy Days, Leslie ((HUGS))
Yes, things are beautiful when they've been washed clean. I especially love the first photo with the water dripping off those bottles.
They are all lovely, refreshing images of spring. Thanks for sharing.
I bet your yard is full of sparkling little treasures...I'd love to see this colored bottle line-up! Gorgeous colors, great photography, Leslie :)
We've had too much rain this month, but in the brief dry spells between, spring looks really lush!
