reaching.

how valiantly they seek it,
slender stems reaching into thin air,
pistils and stamens quivering with anticipation—

Isn't it wonderful to see flowers beginning to open up in the warm sunshine? Hopefully we'll soon notice the bees coming to do their work.
A lovely poem and the daisy-type flowers are a beautiful colour.

Beautiful! :>) I've super busy and super tired, so I haven't sent any cards and poems lately. Soon the craziness will end. Prom, of which I am in charge, will be over April 18 and I retire June 1. Yeah!

LOVELY ode to spring, Leslie....Such courage the natural world has. It all keeps reaching out, no matter what. We can learn a lot from nature. ;o) Happy Spring Days, my friend ((HUGS))
